We also accept mail order. If you prefer ordering by mail, please email us for availability and prices beforehand. We accept Money Orders, Checks and well concealed cash. Make Money Orders and checks out to Rocks Off.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipment of all products is done by Rocks Off. Rocks Off is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay. All orders are shipped via Canada Post and will be sent Regular Mail. No UPS and No Tracking Numbers.

All orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday. Once your package has been shipped you will receive a e-mail confirmation. Please notice International customers: While it is not common, please allow for small delays in some shipments due to each country's strict custom regulations.

*Expect 10-12 business days for shipments in North America and 15-20 business days for shipments overseas.

Return Policy

Any defective order can be returned to Rocks Off within 30 days of the order. Please email us using the contact information below to arrange a return or refund on your purchase, minus all shipping costs.
